Laura has taught yoga and conditioning classes for over 10 years. 

Her interest lays in rediscovering the knowledge of the body, opening a space for listening and reconnecting to sensation, breath and concentration.

The classes vary in style and intensity:

Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative flow, Dance flow, Cardio and strength.

The overarching aim is learning how to live as  a whole with our body, mind and soul/spirit. Bestowing the trust in our own selves as the best experts of our lived experience.
